Prints and print sets are made to order at a fine-art lab — I use labs in Australia, the UK, Europe and the United States — and posted from whichever one serves your address. Original paintings are packed and posted from my studio in New South Wales.
How long before it's sent
Prints and print sets are made to order — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Allow 2–5 business days for your artwork to be printed and packed before it's dispatched.
Original paintings are packed and posted from my studio, usually within 2–5 business days.
Commissions work to a timeline agreed with you before I begin.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start their clock on the next business day.
How long it takes to arrive
Once it's dispatched:

These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Customs, weather and the post being the post can all add time, and international parcels vary the most.

Most international destinations are $20. Canada, Japan and the United Arab Emirates cost me considerably more to reach, and are charged at $30 — the rate you see at checkout is the rate for your country.
A set travels as one parcel with one shipping charge — that's part of why a set costs less than buying the same prints separately.
If you order several things at once, they may arrive separately. Original paintings are packed differently from prints and will often come in their own parcel, at no extra cost to you.

Australia, plus: New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea and the United Arab Emirates.

Customs, duties and taxes
For orders outside Australia, any import duties, taxes or customs charges are not included in what you pay me, and are your responsibility. They're set by your country, not by me, and I have no way to know or control them in advance. Your parcel may be held until they're paid.
I'm required to declare the true contents and value on the customs form, and I won't mark an order as a gift or under-declare its value.
How things are packed
Prints are rolled in tissue and posted in a rigid tube. Originals are packed flat and sent insured.
Wrong addresses
Please check your delivery address before you pay. If a parcel comes back to me because the address was wrong or nobody could take delivery, I'll happily send it again — but you'll need to cover the postage a second time.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your parcel hasn't turned up well past the estimate, or arrives damaged, email me at hello@jellybelly.art with a photograph and I'll sort it out. Don't throw the packaging away until we've spoken — carriers sometimes ask to see it.
